76个紫薇新品种表型性状遗传多样性分析
Analysis of genetic diversity of phenotypic traits in 76 new varieties of Lagerstroemia indica

Abstract
[Objective]To investigate the genetic diversity of phenotypic traits in new varieties of Lagerstroemia indica,with a view to providing a theoretical basis for Lagerstroemia indica breeding,parental selection and efficient conservation of germplasm resources.[Method]Seventy-six new varieties of Lagerstroemia indica were taken as research objects,11 quantitative traits and 17 qualitative traits were selected for investigation and determination,and diversity analysis,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis were adopted to study the diversity of new varieties of Lagerstroemia indica.[Result]The coefficient of variation and diversity index for quantitative traits ranged from 12.40%to 48.82%and 1.877 to 2.145,respectively.The Shannon-Wiener indices among qualitative traits ranging from 0.069 to 1.940,in which the diversity indices of flower colour,leaf colour and petal claw colour were larger,showing rich genetic diversity.The correlation results show that the floral traits are highly significantly correlate with the leaf traits,and the quality of the floral parts could be improved by improving the leaf status in production.The results of principal component analysis show that the eigenvalues of the first 10 principal components are all greater than 1,with a cumulative contribution rate of 85.144%,and that flower bud length,flower bud width,inflorescence length,inflorescence width,flower colour,and petal claw colour are the main influences on the phenotypic differences of the new Lagerstroemia indica varieties.The R-type clustering classify the 28 traits into 2 classes,in which most of the quantitative traits are cluster in the class Ⅱ and the correlation among the traits is stronger,which is coincident with the correlation results.R-type clustering divide the 28 traits into two classes,in which most of the quantitative traits are cluster in class Ⅱ,and the correlation between the traits was strong,which match the correlation results.Q-type clustering classify the test Lagerstroemia indica into four classes,in which class Ⅰ could be used for selecting and breeding Lagerstroemia indica varieties with violet red,deep violet-red,and dark violet petals,and moderate and dense flowers,class Ⅱ could be used as the parental material to breed Lagerstroemia indica varieties with violet-red petals and petite flowers,class Ⅲ could be used for selecting and breeding varieties with medium-flowering type and arboriform shape,and class Ⅳ could be used for selecting and breeding varieties with big flowers and arboriform shape.Meanwhile,'Purple Jade','Cang Cui'and'Xiaoxiang Huaxin'are more different from most of the test varieties of Lagerstroemia indica,which can be used as important parental materials for breeding.[Conclusion]The 28 phenotypic traits of the new varieties of Lagerstroemia indicashowed rich genetic variation and high degree of diversity,which provide reference for the efficient use of Lagerstroemia indica resources and the selection and breeding of new varieties.关键词
