Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of the addition and subtraction of Chai Hu Shugan San on postoperative gastrointestinal function and inflammatory indexes in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC).Method:80 patients who received LC treatment in Tianmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated to Hubei University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment after surgery, including fluid replenishment,anti-infection,fasting,gastrointestinal decompression, analgesia, etc.,and the study group was given the intervention of Chai Hu Shu Liver San plus and minus on the basis of the control group, which lasted for 1 week.Postoperative rehabilitation indexes, gastrointestinal function, inflammatory indexes, oxidative stress, and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The study group had shorter time to defecation, time to recovery of bowel sounds, time to defecation, and time to first meal than the control group, higher gastric motility(MTL),superoxide dismutase(SOD),and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)than the control group, and lower gastrin(GAS)and vasoactive peptide(VIP),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and malondialdehyde(MDA)were lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The addition of Chai Hu Shugan San for postoperative LC reduces inflammatory and oxidative stress injury, improves gastrointestinal function, shortens postoperative recovery time, and has a high safety profile.关键词
