腹腔镜下系膜剥离法阑尾切除术治疗急性阑尾炎的效果
Effectiveness of Laparoscopic Appendectomy by the Method of Mesangial Stripping in the Treatment of Acute Appendicitis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the results of laparoscopic appendectomy by the method of mesangial stripping in the treatment of patients with acute appendicitis(AA).Method:96 cases of AA patients admitted to Putian Huaqiao Hospital from March 2020 to March 2024 were assigned to two groups with random numerical table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group underwent laparoscopic conventional appendectomy,and the observation group underwent laparoscopic appendectomy by the method of mesangial stripping.The surgical results of the two groups were compared.Result:The observation group had less intraoperative blood loss,shorter operation time,hospital stays,anal defecation,defecation and the first time out of bed,and lower incidence of complications compared with the control group.The observation group expressed lower inflammatory indicators,CD8+,and higher CD3+and CD4+than the control group after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic appendectomy by the method of mesangial stripping has the advantages of smaller injury,faster recovery,and fewer complications,and causes mild inflammatory response,which can reduce the damage to the immune function of patients with AA.关键词
