Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of laparoscopic salpingectomy and embryo extraction on the outcome of re-pregnancy in patients with tubal pregnancy.Method:70 cases of tubal pregnancy patients admitted to the Second People's Hospital of Pingdu City from January 2017 to January 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into two groups according to the surgical methods,with 35 cases in each group.The study group received laparoscopic tubectomy and embryo extraction,and the control group received laparoscopic tubectomy and embryo extraction.The clinical effects were evaluated.Result:The study group had a longer duration of surgery,shorter blood loss during surgery,postoperative return to activity and overall length of hospitalization than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The study group had higher levels of estradiol(E2)and anti-Müllerian hormone(AMH)and lower levels of follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)at the time of discharge and at 6 months of discharge than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate,unsuccessful conception rate and non-intrauterine pregnancy rate were lower and the rate of normal intrauterine pregnancy was higher in the study group than in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with other surgical procedures,laparoscopic salpingo-oophorectomy causes relatively little surgical damage to patients with tubal pregnancy,normalizes sex hormone levels,reduces complications,and increases the rate of normal intrauterine pregnancies.关键词
