Abstract

Objective:To investigate the impact of ultrasound-guided multidisciplinary pulmonary rehabilitation based on pulmonary complications and rehabilitation process in patients with severe craniocerebral injuries.Method:88 patients with severe craniocerebral injuries admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University from February 2023 to November 2024 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into two groups according to the method of random number table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment and nursing care,and the observation group received ultrasound-guided multidisciplinary pulmonary rehabilitation intervention based on the control group.The incidence of pulmonary complications in the two groups was counted,and the oxygenation function,pulmonary function and rehabilitation process of the two groups were compared.Result:After the intervention,the incidence of pulmonary complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the values of partial pressure of arterial oxygen(PaO2)and oxygenation index(OI)were higher than that in the control group,airway resistance was lower than that in the control group,lung compliance was higher than that in the control group,and the duration of mechanical ventilation and the time of admission to the ICU were shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided multidisciplinary pulmonary rehabilitation based on ultrasound can prevent the occurrence of pulmonary complications in patients with severe craniocerebral injuries,improve their oxygenation function and lung function,and accelerate their rehabilitation process.
