耳穴刺络放血法治疗急性腰扭伤的临床效果观察
Clinical Observation on the Efficacy of Auricular Bloodletting Puncture Therapy in Treating Acute Lumbar Sprain

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of auricular bloodletting puncture therapy in patients with acute lumbar sprain.Method:A total of 60 patients with acute lumbar sprain admitted to Fuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2023 to December 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(acupuncture at specific points)and the observation group(auricular bloodletting puncture therapy)according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated continuously for 3 d.The clinical efficacy,pain conditions,lumbar function,lumbar mobility and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical efficacy rate in the observation group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(73.33%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and Oswestry disability index(ODI)score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the lumbar Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the mobility levels of lumbar flexion,extension,left flexion and right flexion in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of each dimension in the generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)of the observation group after treatment were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular bloodletting puncture therapy demonstrates significant efficacy in treating acute lumbar sprain,effectively alleviating pain,improving lumbar function and mobility,and enhancing quality of life.关键词
