摘要

Abstract

The production of soybean,as a globally significant food and cash crop,has long been jeopar-dized by a variety of diseases.These include soybean mosaic virus disease,cyst nematode disease,rust,Phytophthora root rot,and gray leaf spot,which severely impact both the yield and quality of soybeans.Currently,research on disease resistance genes targeting these diseases has achieved certain progress.This paper reviews the types of common soybean diseases and comprehensively analyzes advancements in the mapping,mining,cloning,and functional validation of disease resistance genes.It aims to address the challenges posed by the ineffectiveness of traditional resistance genes and the evolution of patho-gens,provide precise genetic resources and theoretical support for soybean disease-resistance breeding,and facilitate the sustainable development of soybean industry in China.
