Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of targeted preemptive care in the anesthesia resuscitation period after arthroscopic rotator cuff repair of the shoulder.Method:110 patients with shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair resuscitated in Nantong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to October 2024 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into the observation group and the control group based on the method of random drawing, with 55 cases in each group. The control group used conventional resuscitation room care, and the observation group used targeted pre-control care. The time of anesthesia resuscitation(complete awakening, extubation and residence time in the resuscitation room),anesthesia resuscitation-related indexes(mean arterial pressure, heart rate,Riker sedative agitation score)and indexes of complications(incision oozing, chills, nausea and vomiting)were observed in the two groups.Result:The observation group had a shorter stay in complete awakening, extubation and resuscitation room than the control group, and the mean arterial pressure, heart rate and Riker sedative agitation score were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted preemptive care can effectively shorten the anesthesia resuscitation time after shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, reduce anesthesia agitation, and decrease the complication rate.关键词
