Cultivation of Green Skills for New Agricultural Farmers:Why and How
摘要
Abstract
Agricultural green transformation relies on new farmers to provide skill support,and green skills,as an important core competence of new farmers,are a key variable for realizing high-quality agricultural development and ecological civilization construction.Green skills for new farmers mainly include agronomic technologies such as carbon sequestration and emission reduction,ecological awareness such as biological protection,technology application capabilities such as digital empowerment,and comprehensive management capabilities,with characteristics of cross-domain nature,ecological orientation,regional adaptability,and development sustainability.However,the current cultivation of green skills for new farmers faces practical obstacles such as supply-demand mismatch,interest imbalance,and insufficient coordination.Based on this,this paper proposes the construction of a"society-technology-policy"collaborative cultivation system for green skills of new farmers,including building a multi-stakeholder collaborative community for green skill cultivation,establishing a regionally adaptable green technology supply system,and improving a multi-dimensional linked policy incentive and guarantee mechanism.关键词
