平台型企业参与职业教育助力共同富裕的创新实践
Innovative Practices of Platform-Based Enterprises Participating in Vocational Education and Contributing to Common Prosperity

Abstract
Under the background of the rapid development of the digital economy and the vigorous promotion of common prosperity,the participation of platform-based enterprises in vocational education has become an important institutional innovation for addressing the structural contradiction between talent supply and demand and promoting educational equity.Taking Alibaba's"Chengdian Classmates Vocational Education Public Welfare Project"as a case,and based on the theoretical frameworks of two-sided market theory,digital human capital theory,and enterprise ecological responsibility theory,this paper systematically deconstructs the"learning-training-competition-certification-employment"full-link talent cultivation system constructed by platform-based enterprises through technological empowerment,ecological integration,and integration of industry and education.The study shows that:through innovative practices such as the digital curriculum development mechanism,the school-enterprise collaborative education model,and the closed-loop employment service system,this system has significantly enhanced the adaptability and attractiveness of vocational education,and provided a replicable institutional sample for the integration of industry and education to promote vocational education reform in the era of digital economy;by virtue of their data integration capability,technology diffusion effect,and ecological network advantages,platform-based enterprises have unique institutional value in reconstructing the vocational education supply system and optimizing the human capital allocation,which provides a new theoretical explanatory framework and reference for practical paths for vocational education to contribute to common prosperity.关键词
