摘要
Abstract
The training of principals is of vital significance to the construction of the principal team of secondary vocational schools.Since the founding of the People's Republic of China,the training of secondary school principals has gone through twists and turns and continuous exploration,experiencing five stages:the period of conception,the period of gradual development,the period of consolidation and perfection,the period of quality improvement and the period of connotative development.With the gradual improvement of training management,training content and training methods,China is committed to building a training system for secondary school principals with Chinese characteristics in the new era.Over the past seventy years,the training of secondary school principals has realized the leap from basic construction to systematic development,and the main achievements include:firstly,perfecting the institutional system,from mandatory training to the rule of law;secondly,innovating the training system,and leading the high-quality development with a national platform;thirdly,focusing on connotation upgrading,and focusing on the development of characteristics of the type of education;and fourthly,the social benefits are remarkable,and the implementation of the national strategy is effectively supported.Looking ahead to the new era,in order to cultivate and create a group of educator-type famous principals with advanced school-running concepts,accurate school-running orientation,the courage to explore and innovate,and proficiency in modern vocational school governance,the training of secondary school principals needs to be systematically reconstructed in the three dimensions of the training concepts,training modes,and training mechanisms,so as to cultivate a team of secondary school principals in the new era with Chinese characteristics and world standards.关键词
