高职院校教培融合培训项目的开发
Development of Vocational Training Programs for the Integration of Education and Training in Higher Vocational Colleges
摘要
Abstract
The development of industry-based vocational training programs in higher vocational colleges holds core value for improving training quality,driving college reform,and empowering industrial upgrading.However,in current practice,there are prevalent key problems such as low enterprise participation and insufficient job matching,lack of school-enterprise collaboration mechanisms and standardized systems,inadequate resource integration capabilities and delayed dynamic updates,as well as single-dimensional effectiveness evaluation indicators and weak application of feedback.These issues restrict the accuracy and effectiveness of training programs,leading to a mismatch between talent supply and enterprise demand.To deepen the integration of education and training and strengthen their own social service capabilities,higher vocational colleges must ensure the following in the development of vocational training programs:training content is closely aligned with the dynamic needs of industries,school-enterprise resources are deeply integrated in the teaching process,and closed-loop feedback and iterative upgrading of project effectiveness are achieved.This will facilitate the organic connection between the education chain,talent chain,industrial chain,and innovation chain.关键词
