新质生产力背景下职教师资培养的新路径
New Paths of Vocational Education Teacher Training Under the Background of New-Quality Productive Forces

Abstract
New-quality productive forces represent a brand-new form of productive forces in the era of digital economy,emphasizing the organic unity of economic,social and ecological benefits.With the continuous development of new-quality productive forces,human resource endowments and labor force structure will undergo significant changes,bringing new challenges to vocational education teacher training.New-quality productive forces require workers to possess comprehensive literacy such as cross-boundary integration capabilities,high-consciousness learning characteristics,innovation capabilities,human-machine collaboration capabilities,as well as international perspective and cross-cultural communication capabilities.At present,the development of vocational education teachers faces practical dilemmas including homogenization,asynchrony between teaching and research capabilities,and lack of subjectivity in the improvement of digital literacy.To better meet the development demands of new-quality productive forces,vocational education teachers should become teachers of fostering virtue through education,teachers of innovation and entrepreneurship,teachers of master craftsmen,teachers of collaborative innovation,and teachers equipping digital literacy,so as to contribute to the construction of a high-quality vocational education teacher team.关键词
