从中医湿证角度探讨桑枝治疗溃疡性结肠炎的作用机制
Study on the mechanism of Mori Ramulus(Sangzhi)in treating ulcerative colitis from the perspective of Dampness Syn-drome in Traditional Chinese Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To study the potential mechanism of Sangzhi in treating ulcerative colitis based on dampness-syndrome of TCM.Methods:The dampness-removing effect of Sangzhi water extract was verified by water-loaded animal model.The active compo-nents of Sangzhi were screened from CNKI and Wanfang databases.The corresponding targets were obtained by SwissTarget Prediction and SuperPred databases.The related targets of UC were collected by GeneCards and DisgeNET databases.PPI protein interaction analy-sis was established by STRING platform,and the network topology map was constructed by Cytoscape software.GO enrichment analysis and KEGG pathway analysis of common targets were performed on David website,and finally,the core target and active ingredient were molecular docked through AutoDock software.Results:Both high and low dose groups(1.14 and 4.55 g·kg-1)of Sangzhi water extract could decrease the weight and increase the urine volume of water-loaded mice.39 active components of Sangzhi for UC,such as chlo-rogenic acid,morocinine M and morin A,214 therapeutic targets,723 GO functions and 147 KEGG pathways were predicted by virtual study,and the results of key targets docking with ligand molecules were good.Conclusion:Sangzhi,which has diuresis effect,can play a role in the treatment of UC through multi-components,multi-targets and multi-pathways.关键词
