A practical study on the organic integration of core values of traditional Chinese medicine culture into the career per-spective cultivation for medical students
摘要
Abstract
The core values of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)culture which is epitomized by the principles of Benevo-lence,Harmony,Excellence and Integrity,constitutes the essence and soul of TCM culture.Addressing the characteristics of med-ical students'career perspectives,integrating these values into their career education has become a practical necessity to resolve the challenges of employment difficulties among medical graduates.Higher education institutions can guide medical students to establish proper career outlooks and achieve high-quality full employment through the following approaches:optimizing top-level planning,enhancing curriculum systems,strengthening ideological-political education frameworks,enriching campus cultural ac-tivities and fostering home-school educational synergy.关键词
