基于"脏虚毒蕴"论治外阴色素减退性疾病经验撷菁
Experience in Treating Vulvar Pigmentary Loss Diseases Based on the Theory of"Visceral Deficiency and Toxin Accumulation"

Abstract
The core clinical manifestation of vulvar pigmentary loss diseases is vulvar itching,which worsens at night,accompanied by hypopigmentation of the vulvar mucosa.Its pathogenesis is primarily attributed to"visceral deficiency and toxin accumulation."The kidney stores essence and connects with the two lower orifices,while the liver stores blood and its meridian courses through the external genitalia.Deficiency of the liver and kidney leads to insufficiency of essence and blood,resulting in malnutrition of the vulvar region.Involvement of the lung results in white lesions of the vulva.The interweaving of the"three toxins"—heat,dampness,and stasis—complicates the pathology,making the condition stubborn and refractory.Treatment is based on nourishing the kidney and liver,supplemented by lung-tonifying and fluid-promoting,dampness-heat clearing,blood nourishing,and blood circulation activating,tailored to the syndrome.Internal and external therapies,as well as multiple approaches,should be employed.This article aims to explore the pathogenesis evolutionary pattern of the disease and treatment methods for vulvar pigmentary loss from the perspective of"visceral deficiency and toxin accumulation,"with the goal of providing references for clinical Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)treatment of such conditions.关键词
