Application and Development of Liquid Chip Technology in Animal Genetics and Breeding
摘要
Abstract
Liquid phase chip is a technology used for high-throughput genotyping.Compared with genome resequencing and sol-id-phase chips,it has the advantages of more flexible detection site selection,lower chip development and detection costs.This technology is based on two different technical systems,multiplex PCR and probe hybridization capture,and can meet the genotype typing needs of low,medium,and high SNP densities.It has been widely used in the identification of germplasm resources,impor-tant trait mining,and variety breeding and improvement of domestic animals(cattle,sheep,pigs,chickens,silkworms,etc.).This ar-ticle reviews and analyzes the principles of liquid-phase chip technology,its research progress in domestic animals,and the prob-lems and challenges it faces in practical applications.The aim is to provide effective technical support for the industrial application of this technology and genetic breeding research in domestic animals.关键词
