摘要

Abstract

This study selected 22 black-headed Suffolk ewes aged 2 to 4 years for follicle-stimulating hormone induction and ovum pick-up.Based on the total number of oocytes recovered,the ewes were divided into two groups:the low oocyte recovery group(less than 10 oocytes)and the high oocyte recovery group(10 or more oocytes).Serum indicators of the two groups were detected and analyzed.The results showed that the platelet count in the low oocyte recovery group was significantly greater than that in the high oocyte recovery group(P<0.01),and the chloride ion(Cl-)concentration was significantly greater than that in the high oocyte recovery group(P<0.05).In contrast,the activities of γ-glutamyl transpeptidase and alkaline phosphatase,as well as the concentration of sodium ions(Na+),were significantly lower in the low oocyte recovery group than in the high oocyte recovery group(P<0.05).These findings suggest that platelet count,Cl-concentration,γ-glutamyl transpeptidase activity,alkaline phosphatase activity,and Na+concentration may serve as important reference criteria for selecting donor ewes.
