新冠疫情前后关于绵羊的研究变化趋势解析
Analysis on the Changing Trends of Sheep Research before and after the COVID-19 Pandemic
摘要
Abstract
The COVID-19 pandemic,as one of the most severe global public health crises in the 21st century, has had a profound impact on the global economy, social life, and scientific research. It has not only changed human lifestyles and economic patterns but also brought unprecedented challenges and opportunities to the development of various industries. As an important part of livestock husbandry, the sheep industry and research on it have also been significantly affected.Based on this, this paper employed bibliometric methods, utilizing data from the Web of Science Core Collection database(12527articles)and CNKI database(5478articles).The research is segmented into three phases:2017-2019(before the pandemic),2020-2022(during the pandemic),and 2023-2024(after the pandemic). An analysis is conducted on the publication volume,countries/regions,institutions,authors,journals,disciplines,and keywords related to sheep research across these periods, aiming to explore the impact of the pandemic on the field of sheep research. The results show that during the pandemic period, the volume of English literature increases significantly while that of Chinese literature decreases remarkably, and after the pandemic, both decline overall.China has become increasingly active in the field of sheep research, with enhanced influence from domestic institutions and scholars. The pandemic has also altered the distribution of journals and led to significant changes in the research popularity of different disciplines, with research hotspots closely related to the development of the pandemic.关键词
