关于职业技术教育专业硕士人才培养基本问题的思考
Reflections on Fundamental Issues in the Cultivation of Professional Master's Student in Vocational and Technical Education

Abstract
High-quality development of vocational education hinges on the support of a highly competent teaching workforce.The interdisciplinary and dynamic nature of China's vocational educators defines the spatiotemporal characteristics of its working environment,making the cultivation of versatile educators an inevitable response to these challenges.In this regard,the Professional Master in Vocational and Technical Education(PMVTE)model demonstrates institutional advantages in terms of training approaches,venues,and mechanisms.However,the PMVTE model also faces several challenges in cultivating versatile educators,including mismatched academic backgrounds among students,and admission examinations failing to adequately reflect vocational education characteristics;insufficient proportion of vocationally oriented courses,coupled with suboptimal interdisciplinary collaboration in teaching;limited diversity in supervisory teams,with inadequate communication among mentors;lack of systematic planning for teaching practicums in vocational schools,and superficial implementation of corporate internships.Looking ahead to the future,it is necessary to deepen the comprehensive reform of PMVTE with the goal of cultivating compound-type teaching staff.This includes broadening the student source structure of the PMVTE program and strengthening selection criteria based on professional practice foundations;offering a full range of required courses for the PMVTE program effectively and establishing a cross-department collaborative training mechanism;enhancing the development of both on-campus and off-campus supervisors and strengthening the quality assessment of their guidance;establishing a leading group for the internship and practice work of the PMVTE program and improving the construction of different types of internship and practice bases.关键词
