教育强国背景下职教专业硕士研究生教学实践能力培养路径
On the Cultivation Paths of the Teaching Practice Abilities of Professional Master's Students in Vocational Education in the Context of Building a Powerful Education Country

Abstract
The efficient cultivation and effective transfer of teaching practice ability for master's students in vocational education majors directly determine the quality of such talent cultivation and are crucial to the overall level of vocational education teachers.In response to the era's demand for building a powerful education country,the core connotation of teaching practice ability for master's students in vocational education is embodied in the organic integration of technical sensitivity,teaching adaptability and cross-disciplinary integration abilities.Currently,the cultivation of teaching practice ability for master's students in vocational education faces three major challenges:the structural imbalance in the curriculum system,leading to a disconnect between academic learning and practice;insufficient depth in industry-education integration,exhibiting superficial cooperation characteristics;and an imperfect multi-mentor collaborative education mechanism,which restricts the effectiveness of teaching and practice ability cultivation.Based on this,there is an urgent need to reconstruct a curriculum ecosystem that integrates theory and practice,and break down the barriers between theoretical courses and practical courses;establish a collaborative governance mechanism for shared interests,and promote deep integration between industry and education;clarify the boundaries of mentor responsibilities,and build a collaborative guidance network with complementary advantages.关键词
