摘要

Abstract

Professional degree graduate training mode is an organic whole composed of the target system,process system and guarantee system.Through the questionnaire survey and institutional analysis,all the dimensions of professional degree graduate training model have different degrees of problems,among which the problems of the dissertation evaluation,supervisory team construction and external guarantee mechanism are relatively prominent.Professional degree graduate training mode faces regulative,normative and cultural-cognitive dilemmas,which are specifically manifested as insufficient legal regulation and lack of policy leadership,alienation of action preference and rough rules and standards,lack of practice culture and deviation of collective consciousness.In the future,it is supposed to take the reconstruction of the target system as the key premise,the governance of the process system as the core link,and the construction of the guarantee system as the important condition,so as to form the logical paths of"concept-practice-institution",and gradually optimize the professional degree graduate training mode.
