Theoretical Logic,Realistic Dilemma and Promotion Strategies of Talent Cultivation in Vocational Undergraduate Engineering Education
摘要
Abstract
As the type of education most closely linked to industrial development,vocational education shoulders an important mission in realizing the strategies of building a powerful manufacturing country and rejuvenating the country through science and education.As a priority development direction within vocational undergraduate education,vocational undergraduate engineering education represents an emerging type of engineering education,and its talent cultivation aligns with the theories of the occupational belt and community.However,at the current stage,vocational undergraduate engineering education still faces practical dilemmas such as the homogenization of talent cultivation,a mismatch between talent supply and demand,a malfunctioning evaluation system as a guiding force,and insufficient policy resources.Therefore,to improve talent cultivation in vocational undergraduate engineering education,it is essential to strengthen collaboration among vocational institutions to clarify training objectives and positioning;deepen school-enterprise cooperation to facilitate the construction of engineering identity;enhance close ties between vocational institutions and communities to initiate the reengineering of the"recognition and evaluation"process;and coordinate efforts between vocational institutions and governments to optimize the external environment.关键词
