我国职业教育数字工匠培育的价值图谱、现实挑战与改革进路
Value Map,Realistic Challenges and Reform Paths of Cultivating Digital Craftsmen in Vocational Education in China
摘要
Abstract
The transformation of new and old driving forces and driving factors in the industrial economy of the digital age jointly call for vocational education to cultivate a group of high-quality digital craftsmen.From the value perspective,the cultivation of digital craftsmen in vocational education presents a"functional composite"value map from the perspectives of economy,society and education,namely the"power source"for high-level development of the digital economy,the"booster"for efficiently building a skilled society,and the"catalyst"for high-quality establishment of vocational education brand.From the factual perspective,digital craftsmen still face the real challenge of"interweaving difficulties"in the training process,specifically outlined as a combination of problems such as the disconnect between training contents and technological iteration,the imbalance between training faculty and practical needs,and the disconnect between training platforms and production environments.From the operational perspective,there is an urgent need to anchor the demand for technological iteration and reshape the contents of digital craftsman training in the future;optimize the structure of teacher supply and accumulate the ability to cultivate digital craftsmen;integrate virtual and real teaching ecology and upgrade the digital craftsman cultivation platform.关键词
