Abstract
On-the-job internship is an important way for vocational colleges to cultivate high-quality skilled talents,and emphasizing the cultivation of professional ethics is the basic task of on-the-job internship.It has the characteristics of in-depth practice,concrete situation,and subject manifestation.There is a coupling between identity theory and the cultivation of professional ethics for vocational interns.The identity crisis of vocational interns mainly manifests as a crisis of self-identity as"failures",a crisis of group identity belonging to"vocational school students",a crisis of professional identity due to"lack of professional sense",and a crisis of value identity due to"undignified bottom level labor",resulting in weak awareness of professional roles,indifferent professional feelings,lack of professional ideals,and wavering professional beliefs in the cultivation of their professional ethics.In the future,it is necessary to reconstruct the self-identity of"promising youth",seek group identity of"skilled talents",shape the professional identity of"skilled craftsmen",deepen the value identity of"labor creates a better life",and cultivate the professional role awareness,professional feelings,professional ideals,and professional beliefs of vocational college interns.关键词
