高质量充分就业背景下西部职业院校学生就业意愿研究
Study on the Employment Intentions of Vocational College Students in Western China under the Context of High-quality Full Employment

Abstract
Encouraging and supporting vocational college students to stay and work locally under the context of high-quality full employment is an effective strategy to alleviate the structural contradictions of the"talent shortage"and"graduate employment difficulties"in the western regions.Based on 3151 field survey questionnaire data,and relying on the"push-pull theory",this study uses a binary Probit model to explore the impact mechanisms of family socio-economic status,vocational education quality,and personal career development planning on the employment intentions of vocational college students in the western regions.The results show that family socio-economic status,as a"push factor",significantly weakens the willingness of vocational college students to stay and work locally,while vocational education quality and personal career development planning,as"pull factors",have a positive impact on students'willingness to seek local employment.Therefore,to promote the transformation of employment intentions among students in vocational colleges in western regions and achieve a fundamental leap from"brain drain"to"brain circulation",it is necessary to optimize regional policies and implement a"policy revitalization"strategy to attract talents;enhance the quality of vocational education and adopt a"education revitalization"approach to gather talents;clarify career development plans and strengthen"skill revitalization"measures to retain talents.关键词
