中部地区农业新质生产力水平测度与障碍因子研究
Measurement of and Obstacles to Agricultural New Quality Productive Forces in Central China

Abstract
Agricultural new quality productive forces are crucial to agricultural modernization.Utilizing data from 2018 to 2022 in central China,this study constructs an evaluation system encompassing agricultural laborers,labor objects,and labor materials,and employs multiple methods to analyze the development of agricultural new quality productive forces.Key findings reveal that the level of agricultural new quality productive forces in central China rose markedly,with the 2022 provincial rankings as follows:Hunan,Jiangxi,Hubei,Henan,Anhui,and Shanxi.Differences between groups are the main cause of imbalanced regional development,while regional inequality first widened,then narrowed and is now stabilizing.In 2022,the agricultural new quality productive forces showed the characteristics of spatial aggregation.The main obstacles to agricultural new quality productive forces are concentrated in economic underdevelopment,labor outflow,and low agricultural productivity,which are manifested in insufficient investment in agricultural research and development and relatively low per capita GDP.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen infrastructure construction,increase investment in agricultural research and development,promote coordinated regional development,and enhance human capital,so as to improve the agricultural new quality productive forces in the region and advance the realization of agricultural modernization.关键词
