The Greater Food Approach and Agricultural Food System Research:Trends,Perspectives,Lineages and Prospect

Abstract
As a new concept of food supply,the greater food approach promotes the transformation and development of the agricultural food system,and provides insights for ensuring food security in the new era.Using CiteSpace software,this study analyzes literature from the CNKI and Web of Science core databases(2013-2024),and examines the research hotspots and lineages of the greater food approach and agricultural food system through keyword clustering.Findings reveal that the number of publications on the greater food approach and agricultural food system is generally on the rise;the journals involved are mainly in agronomy,food science,and economics&management;and compared to international counterparts,collaboration networks among domestic authors and institutions remain relatively weak.From the perspective of research hotspots,the greater food approach and agricultural food system research have multidimensional characteristics,focusing on sustainability,resilience,inclusiveness,and nutrition.From the perspective of research lineages,the transformation of the agricultural food system under the guidance of the greater food approach generally exhibits an evolutionary trajectory of"scientific connotation—mechanism of action—path to realization".Based on the greater food approach,future research should focus on industrial chain governance,quantitative research,risk management,and policy optimization to meet the practical needs in the development of agricultural food system.关键词
