Abstract
Given the complex forms of capital entering rural areas and the uncertainties inherent in industrial operation and growth,a key concern for scholars is how actors maintain the effectiveness of resource integration to resolve industrial crises.Considering the multi-level nestedness of rural action arenas,this study employs a contextualized IAD(Institutional Analysis and Development)framework to analyze the mechanism transformation of resource integration in the development of kiwifruit industry in H Village,T County,Anhui Province.The results show that when external capital is embedded in the village,the strong heterogeneity of the actor system is a major cause of the failure of resource integration.When capital withdrawal threatens industrial continuity,village community organizations,endowed with governance and regulatory functions,can effectively reorganize resources through administrative empowerment and collective consensus on industrial development,thereby overcoming near-bankruptcy crises.Moreover,the establishment of villager coordination and oversight mechanisms is crucial for addressing public resource integration challenges and promoting sustainable development of rural industries.关键词
