摘要
Abstract
During the War of Liberation,the completion of the land reform in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia Border Region led to the reorganization of rural economic resources and strengthened farmers'willingness to develop production.Coupled with the CPC's urgent need to mobilize economic and human resources for the war effort,prioritizing production development became a natural choice.However,the endeavor encountered obstacles such as divergent attitudes toward production among rural classes,weak enthusiasm of the primary-level officials in implementing production policies,and frequent disruptions from natural disasters and attacks by Hu Zongnan's forces.To address these,the Border Region government established a cooperative mechanism in which middle peasants led poor and hired peasants in production,improved the system of production led by officials working in local communities,and built a"government-guidance/the masses-major roles"synergy for production.The rural production development led by the CPC reflects both the Party's determination to enhance rural productivity and its robust mobilization capabilities,offering historical lessons for promoting rural development in the context of today's rural revitalization.关键词
