Evaluation of Laboratory Safety Level Based on PDCA and Matter Element Entropy Weight Model

Abstract
Laboratory safety management currently faces problems of insufficient systematicness and subjec-tive evaluation methods.Analysis of recent laboratory accident cases in universities and research institutes has revealed core management issues,including the absence of clear organizational responsibilities.Using the PD-CA cycle theory,a framework system for a laboratory safety management manual was constructed.This system comprises 7 first-level elements and 35 second-level elements.A corresponding multi-level evaluation indicator system was developed from this framework.By integrating the matter-element theory and the entropy weight method to objectively determine the index weights,a comprehensive correlation calculation model was estab-lished and verified in three typical laboratories.The results showed that the evaluation grades for Laboratory Ⅰ,Ⅱ,and Ⅲ were poor,good,and medium,respectively.Laboratory I has significant deficiencies in high-weight indicators such as safe operation and capability training.Organizational responsibilities and experimental site i-dentification management were the critical weak links.This method achieved the quantitative identification of weak links in laboratory safety management,providing quantitative analysis tools and a decision-making basis for improving the level of laboratory safety management.关键词
