Abstract

The storage and transportation of hazardous chemicals involve a wide range of areas and many po-tential risks.Advanced technologies such as electronic tags,big data,and artificial intelligence are effective means to achieve full-process information management and monitoring across all links of hazardous chemicals.To address the demand for cross-link Internet of Things(IoT)information sharing and risk collaborative control of hazardous chemicals,key technologies and equipment such as a unique IoT identification and resolution sys-tem for the entire process of hazardous chemicals,a domestic architecture for the secure transmission of chemi-cal flow data,a blockchain(consortium chain)model for hazardous chemicals identification and resolution,and a full-process circulation traceability and risk assessment technology for hazardous chemicals storage and trans-portation are proposed.A hazardous chemicals flow supervision and circulation risk monitoring and early warn-ing platform was designed and developed.Practical application demonstrated that this platform has achieved re-al-time data collection,sharing,and collaborative analysis throughout the entire process of hazardous chemicals storage and transportation,supporting enterprises and governments in the safety supervision of the entire storage and transportation process of hazardous chemicals,and effectively improving the management level of the entire life cycle of hazardous chemicals.
