The Logic and Pathways of Cultivating Socialist Culture

Abstract
Developing a robust socialist culture in the new era is the strategic,guiding and comprehensive work deployment made by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China.This formulation reflects the goal positioning and inner logic of building a vibrant socialist culture,and profoundly addresses the ontological question of"why it should be built and what should be built",the value question of"for whom it is built and by whom",and the methodological question of"how it should be built".At present,the global landscape is underdoing accelerated transformation and evolution,and the Chinese nation has entered a critical period of great rejuvenation,while the world undergoes the evolution of changes with a magnitude unseen in a century.In response,three aspects should be considered in practice:First,consciously implement Xi Jin-ping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in the construction of a cultural power;Second,promote the integration,interaction,synergy and mutual promotion between cultural advancement and economic and social development;Third,grasp the initiative in cultural communication,broaden the international perspective in building a cultural power,and continuously elevate its development to new heights.关键词
