数字经济与高等教育耦合协调性及障碍因子研究
Research on the Coupling Coordination and Obstacle Factors between Digital Economy and Higher Education:Empirical Analysis Based on Anhui Province in China

Abstract
The digital economy empowers the high-quality development of higher education,while the high-quality development of higher education injects new momentum into the growth of the digital economy.Based on an analysis of the coupling and coordination mechanisms be-tween the digital economy and higher education,this study constructs a set of indicators to measure the development levels of both sectors.Us-ing panel data from Anhui Province between 2013 and 2021,the coupling coordination degree and obstacle degree models are employed to ex-plore the level of coupling and coordinated development between the digital economy and higher education,and to diagnose the internal barrier factors within the system.The research indicates that between 2013 and 2021,the overall development levels of the digital economy and higher education in Anhui Province in China have significantly improved.The coupling and coordination between the two sectors have gone through three stages:coupling dysfunction,growth coordination,and high-quality coupling.The obstacle factors affecting coordination vary across differ-ent years,with the number of R&D personnel per 10,000 employed individuals and the degree of technology transfer being the primary factors influencing the degree of coupling coordination.To further promote the synergistic development of the digital economy and higher education,it is recommended to actively implement relevant policies to strengthen digital infrastructure construction and talent cultivation,and to promote the coordinated development of the digital industry.Additionally,increased investment in R&D should be emphasized and supported by policy guid-ance,to foster the coordinated development of both sectors,ultimately achieving mutual benefits and a win-win outcome.关键词
