Constructing an integrated research system for TCM diagnosis and treatment of digestive system tumors based on spleen zangxiang theory
摘要
Abstract
This paper systematically discusses the similarities and differences between TCM and Western medical understanding of the structure and function of digestive system organs,and the identification of pathogenesis characteristics in digestive system malignancies.A detailed description is given of the key components of constructing an integrated research system of TCM diagnosis and treatment of digestive malignant tumors based on the spleen zangxiang(visceral manifestations)theory.Key aspects include:Based on the principle of strengthening the spleen and resolving dampness to guide the treatment of middle and late-stage tumors and elderly tumors,the treatment of strengthening the spleen,resolving dampness,regulating qi and eliminating flatulence should be adopted.Based on the principle of liver-spleen co-regulation to guide the treatment of tumor complications or co-morbidities,it is advisable to harmonize the liver and spleen,regulate qi and relieve depression for treatment.Based on the treatment principle of strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm,it should be treated by strengthening the spleen,resolving phlegm and activating blood.Application of spleen zangxiang theory in modern treatment of malignant tumors of the digestive system:The therapeutic principles of fortifying spleen and harmonizing stomach combined with rectifying qi to relieve distension are recommended.For low-grade fever caused by the absorption of necrotic tissue or hematoma after surgical removal of lesions,apply treatment using the principle of using sweet-warm herbs to clear heat.For decreased efficacy(drug resistance)resulting from medical drug treatment,and for middle/late-stage or elderly tumor patients,the treatment principle of fortifying spleen,activating blood,resolving phlegm is appropriate.To address chemotherapy-induced myelosuppression using toxicity-reducing treatment,apply the principle of fortifying spleen to generate blood.For debilitated states caused by tumor treatment,employ treatment using the principle of fortifying spleen to boost qi.关键词
