贾文魁应用三味药组治疗肿瘤相关性失眠经验
Jia Wenkui's experience in managing tumor-related insomnia with Herbal Trios
摘要
Abstract
Cancer-related insomnia(CRI),also known as cancer-induced insomnia,is the second most common symptom cluster,after fatigue,in cancer patients,with an incidence rate of approximately 19%to 63%.Current Western medical treatments often involve drug interventions such as Benzodiazepines,but due to potential interactions between these medications and cancer treatment drugs,CRI patients have poor tolerance to Western medical treatment.Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),focusing on holistic pattern differentiation in treating such conditions,offers unique efficacy with minimal adverse effects.Professor Jia Wenkui has been engaged in clinical work for nearly 40 years and is skilled in using experience-based formulations based on Herbal Trios to treat cancer-related complications,achieving excellent therapeutic result.This article summarizes his experience in treating CRI.关键词
