140例帕金森病患者中医证素特征及与病程的相关性研究
A study on the characteristics of TCM pattern elements and their correlation with the course of disease in 140 patients with Parkinson's disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of TCM pattern elements in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)and their correlation with the course of disease.Methods The general data of 140 patients with PD and the four TCM diagnostic information were collected,and the sum of each pattern element score was calculated using the TCM Pattern Element Scale of PD,and the validity of the pattern elements was determined.Results Among the 140 patients with PD,there were 4 pattern elements with scores≥30.The frequency of kidney pattern elements was the highest(137 times(97.9%)),followed by spleen and liver pattern elements(55 times(39.3%)and 46 times(32.9%),respectively).There were 10 pattern elements with score≥30,and the top 3 were marrow deficiency(135 times,96.4%),yin deficiency(106 times,75.7%)and qi deficiency(63 times,45.0%).Among the disease location and disease nature pattern elements,the distribution difference of blood deficiency pattern elements differed significantly across disease courses(P<0.05),and the score difference of qi deficiency and blood deficiency pattern elements also differed significantly across disease courses(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that blood deficiency pattern elements score was positively correlated with the disease course(P<0.05).Conclusion The distribution of TCM pattern elements in PD patients exhibits specific characteristics,with the kidney and marrow depletion pattern elements being the most common location and nature elements,respectively.Qi deficiency and blood deficiency pattern elements have significant correlation with the course of disease,and blood deficiency is positively correlated with the course of disease.关键词
