针药联合治疗儿童抽动障碍脾虚肝旺证的临床疗效
Clinical effect on the efficacy of combined acupuncture and herbal medicine in the treatment of spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity pattern in children with tic disorders

Abstract
Objective To observe the short-term clinical efficacy of press needle treatment combined with Jianpi Zhidong Decoction(Spleen-Fortifying and Tremor-Stopping Decoction)in the treatment of tic disorders in children guided by the theory of"reinforcing earth and suppressing wood".Methods From November 2021 to July 2022,a total of 44 children with tic disorders presenting spleen deficiency and liver hyperactivity pattern were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 22 in each,at the Pediatric Tic and Hyperactivity Specialty Clinic of Third Affiliated Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine.The control group was treated with Jianpi Zhidong Decoction,and the treatment group received press needle auricular point application in addition to the decoction.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Yale Global Tic Severity Scales(YGTSS)score and Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)pattern score were observed before and after treatment and serum levels of neuron-specific enolase(NSE)were observed before and after treatment in both groups.Results At two,four and eight weeks of treatment,YGTSS scores in both groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05);At eight weeks of treatment,the total effective rates in the treatment group and the control group was 95.0%and 90.5%,respectively,with no statistical difference between the them(P>0.05).At two,four and eight weeks of treatment,the TCM pattern scores in the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).At four and eight weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After eight weeks of treatment,the levels of serum NSE in the two groups was significantly decreased(P<0.05),and the result after treatment were not statistically different(P>0.05).Conclusion Guided by the theory of"reinforcing earth and inhibiting wood",the combined use of press needle and Jianpi Zhidong Decoction demonstrates good efficacy and advantages in the treatment of children with tic disorder.关键词
