基于《黄帝内经》理论之狂证病机与临床辨治探讨
Discussion on the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of kuang(mania)based on the medical insights from Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon
摘要
Abstract
Kuang(mania)is a mental disorder characterized by symptoms including mental excitement, violent agitation, restlessness, destructive behavior, verbal and physical aggression, and excessive irritability.Modern Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)posits that kuang is predominantly caused by exuberant pathogenic heat, categorizing it as a yang hyperabundance and excess-pattern condition.Huangdi Neijing(Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon)indicates that the manifestations of mania encompass both dynamic and static states, not limited solely to the agitated symptoms emphasized in later medical doctrines. The core pathogenesis involves dysfunction of yang qi.While kuang primarily presenting with hyperactive symptoms most frequently results from excessive yang qi or internal stagnation of yang qi,it can also manifest as a deficiency pattern arising from insufficient yang qi failing to nourish the spirit.Shanghan Lun(Treatise on Cold Damage Disorders)employed Guizhi Decoction(Cinnamon Twig Decoction)for treating kuang,a therapeutic approach further developed by later physicians who utilized warming and tonifying method. This article elucidates the differentiation and treatment of kuang based on Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon, supported by illustrative clinical case studies.关键词
