HA380血液灌流在脓毒症急性肾损伤患者中的临床疗效
Observation of the Therapeutic Efficacy of HA380 Blood Perfusion in Patients with Sepsis-Induced Acute Kidney Injury

Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of continuous static intravenous hemofiltration(CVVH)combined with HA380 hemoperfusion in septic acute renal injury.Methods A total of 60 cases of septic acute kidney injury admitted to the People's Critical Care Department of Linyi City from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group received conventional treatment and CVVH treatment,and patients in the test group were treated with HA380 hemoperfusion based on the control group,and the changes in APACHE Ⅱ score,SOFA score,ICU stay,total hospital stay,inflammatory factors,renal function and other indica-tors were observed and compared in the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in baseline characteristics be-tween the two groups.Patients in the experimental group demonstrated significantly lower APACHE Ⅱ and SOFA scores at 72 hours post-treatment compared to the control group(P<0.05).The experimental group also showed shorter ICU stays and total hospital stays than the control group(P<0.05).Notably,the experimental group exhibited significantly lower creatinine levels and higher urine output at 72 hours after treatment,with both parameters showing statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion HA380 hemoperfusion has a good therapeutic effect on septic acute kidney injury,which can significantly improve the critical degree of patients,reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and improve renal function.关键词
