中药外用制剂的研究进展
Research Progress of External Preparations of Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
Under the guidance of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM),external preparations of TCM are therapeutic drugs that directly act on the surface of the human body,which demenstrates a re-markable effect in the treatment of skin diseases,trauma,inflammation and so on.Thanks to the drug de-livery technology,external administration,such as patch,suppositories,and atomization inhalation,can de-liver the drug to the drug site faster,improve the efficacy and reduce side effects.With the innovation of modern technology,TCM external preparations have made breakthroughs in preparation form,delivery technology,preparation technology and penetration technology,which have enhanced the transdermal effects and absorption rate of external preparations.This paper summarizes the research status of the ad-minisration route,the auxiliary materials and the quality control technology of external preparations of TCM to provide reference for the development of external preparations of TCM and to guarantce clinical safety of drug use.关键词
