光照条件对2种嗜热蓝细菌藻胆蛋白积累的影响
Effect of Light Conditions on Phycobiliprotein Accumulation by Two Thermophilic Cyanobacteria

Abstract
This paper sought to investigate the effects of various light conditions(including photoperiod,light intensity and light color)on PBP accumulation and composition shift of two thermophilic cyanobacte-ria(Sc-B212 and Ls-B334),providing data for further production optimization of PBP derived from ther-mophilic cyanobacteria.The taxonomical position of the two strains was determined by phylogenetic analy-sis of 16S rRNA gene sequences and their PBP content was measured under different light conditions in addition to morphology investigation.The highest PBP content was obtained at the photoperiod of 12 hours of illumination/12 hours of darkness,namely 5.60 and 14.98 mg/g DCW respectively while at the light intensity of 850 lx(7.52 mg/g DCW)and 600 lx(10.83 mg/g),respectively.Light colors greatly af-fected the PBP accumulation.Among them,the blue light resulted in the highest PBP content,reaching separately 13.46 and 22.81 mg/g DCW.The light conditions also had impact on the PBP composition in each strain.Longer irradiation led to the decrease in the synthesis of phycocyanin(PC)and phycoerythrin(PE),whereas the tested light intensity showed different effects on PC and PE contents.Compared to white light,the blue light promoted the significant accumulation of PC and PE,especially the increase in the content of PE.Conversely,the red light promoted PC synthesis and inhibited PE synthesis.The green light affected the PC and PE synthesis differently in two bacterial strains.It can be concluded that the tested light condition including photoperiod,light intensity and light color significantly influenced the ac-cumulation of PBP in the thermophilic cyanobacteria strains,the shift of which was mainly ascribed to the change of PC and PE biosynthesis.These changes were primarily influenced by light color,followed by photoperiod and light intensity.关键词
