Abstract

In view of the difficulties in risk assessment of equipment and facilities due to the single method used in the process of risk assessment and prediction of chemical production,an improved sparrow search algorithm based on optimizing Gaussian process regression(GPR)model for risk assessment and predic-tion of chemical industry is proposed in this paper to achieve dynamic management.Firstly,the safety e-valuation of the non-catalytic oxidation process of cyclohexane was carried out by using interval type-2 fuzzy set and analytic hierarchy process.Secondly,the chemical risk assessment prediction model was es-tablished based on GPR,and the optimized super parameters were obtained by using the improved sparrow search algorithm.The optimized GPR had higher fitting accuracy and ensured the accuracy of the predic-tion model.Finally,the model is verified by predicting oxygen concentration of cyclohexane tail.The re-sults show that the model can predict the risks involved in the chemical production process with high pre-diction accuracy.
