摘要

Abstract

The planetary frame is an indispensable structure in the planetary gear system,which plays the role of connecting and supporting the planetary gear,and achieves the role of transmitting motion and force by cooperating with the planetary gear.In this paper,the lift reducer is taken as the research object,the three-dimensional model is established by UG NX and the finite element analysis is carried out under typ-ical working conditions with ANSYS.Aiming at the problems of bulky structure,large safety margin and high manufacturing cost of the traditional reducer planetary frame,the design is optimized.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress decreases by 13.7%after cylindrization,and the mass decreases by 20%after opening the weight reducing hole.The mass of the secondary planetary frame can be re-duced by 16.8%after optimizing the diameter of the oil injection pipeline.The elliptic transition curve of planetary axle can reduce the maximum equivalent stress by 10%.The above research results provide new ideas and reference basis for the design optimization of planetary gear reducers.
