基于温病湿热理论的基孔肯雅热病机证治探赜
Exploration of Pathogenesis and Treatment of Chikungunya Fever Based on Theory of Warm Disease and Damp-Heat

Abstract
Chikungunya is a mosquito-borne infectious disease caused by the chikungunya virus.This study systematically analyzes the eti-ology,pathogenesis,main symptoms and treatment of chikungunya fever based on the theory of heat and dampness.It is considered that the etiology is the pestilential toxin of damp-heat,characterized by the combination of summerheat and dampness.The pathogenesis involves the mutual entanglement of summerheat and dampness,which leads to the stagnation and suppression in the muscles and skin surface,invasion into the Meridians and collaterals,and obstruction of the flow of Qi,resulting in the main clinical manifestations such as high fever,joint pain,and rash.Based on the damp-heat theory,this study presents tentative treatment approaches for the disease.In the initial stage,treat-ment may focus on promoting qi circulation,resolving the exterior,dispelling dampness,and unblocking the collaterals,with modified Huopo Xialing Decoction as an option.In the progressive stage,treatment may aim to clear heat,eliminate dampness,and unblock the Meridians,with modified Zhongjiao Xuanbi Decoction as a potential choice.During the recovery period,treatment may center on nourishing blood,dis-pelling dampness,and unblocking the collaterals,with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction as a consideration.In severe cases,combining with Sanjia San from Wu Youke's prescriptions may be explored.In terms of prevention,the warm-factor disease prevention method of using aro-matic herbs to ward off foulness can be adopted to repel mosquitoes and prevent epidemics.关键词
