杵针疗法对颈椎病兔氧化应激水平及线粒体结构的影响
Effects of Chuzhen Therapy on Oxidative Stress Level and Mitochondrial Structure in Rabbits with Cervical Spondylosis

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effects of pestle and mortar therapy on the level of oxidative stress and mitochondrial morphology and structure of the posterior cervical muscle in rabbits modeled for cervical cervical spondylosis,so as to explore the mechanism of ac-tion of Chuzhen in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:Twenty-four New Zealand rabbits were randomly selected 18 to es-tablish an animal model of cervical spondylosis,and were randomly divided into the model group,the electroacupuncture group,and the Chuzhen group,with 6 animals in each group after successful modeling.The remaining 6 rabbits were the blank group,and the modeling was carried out for 8 weeks.After the successful modeling,the electroacupuncture group and Chuzhen group were treated with intervention,and the posterior cervical muscles of the rabbits were taken at the end of the intervention for 14 d.The pathological chan-ges of the posterior cervical muscles were observed by HE staining;the activities of Superoxide dismutase(SOD),Glutathione peroxi-dase(GSH),Superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)activity,malondialdehyde(MDA)content,and reactive oxygen species(ROS)level were detected;mitochondrial morphology and structure were observed under electron micro-scope.Results:Compared with the blank group,ROS and MDA increased(P<0.01),and SOD and GSH-Px decreased(P<0.01)in the model group;compared with the model group,Chuzhen and electroacupuncture groups showed lower ROS and MDA(P<0.05),and higher SOD and GSH-Px(P<0.05);the mitochondrial structure of the model group was obviously damaged in electron microscopy,while that of Chuzhen and electroacupuncture groups was damaged to a lesser extent.The degree of damage was small.Conclusion:Chuzhen therapy can regulate the balance of the oxidation-antioxidant system,maintain the normal morphology and struc-ture of mitochondria,and improve the energy metabolism of rabbit posterior cervical muscles,promote the repair of cervical muscle tis-sues,which may be one of the mechanisms of Chuzhen therapy for cervical spondylosis.关键词
