推拿联合艾灸治疗儿童腹泻继发乳糖不耐受的疗效观察
Efficacy of Tuina Combined with Moxibustion in Treatment of Diarrhoea Secondary to Lactose Intolerance in Children

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Liu's paediatric massage combined with moxibustion in the treatment of diar-rhea secondary to lactose intolerance in children.Methods:60 cases of children with diarrhoea secondary to lactose intolerance were di-vided into 30 cases each in the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method;the observation group was treated with Liu's paediatric tuina combined with moxibustion,and the control group was treated with oral lactase,and the treatment cycle was 2 weeks.Comparison of the two groups of children's main symptom scores(stool frequency,stool characteristics),growth and development indicators,the overall clinical effectiveness rate,urinary galactosidase conversion rate and adverse reactions.Results:The number of stools,stool characteristics,and total points of main symptoms of the children in both groups were lower than before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group in improving the number of stools,stool char-acteristics,and total points of main symptoms of the children(P＜0.05).The total clinical effectiveness rates of the observation group and the control group were 96.55％and 90.00％(P＞0.05).After treatment,the height and weight values of the children in both groups increased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group in pro-moting weight gain(P＜0.05).The conversion rate of urinary galactosidase in the observation group was 86.20％,which was signifi-cantly higher than 56.67％in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.01).The positive rate of fecal occult blood test in the observation group and the control group decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment,and there was no significant difference in the positive rate of fecal occult blood between the two groups after treatment(P＞0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Liu's paediatric massage combined with moxibustion in the treatment of diarrhoea sec-ondary to lactose intolerance in children can effectively improve the number of stools and stool characteristics,and promote growth and development,while effectively improving the conversion rate of urinary galactokinase in children,without adverse effects.关键词
