Treatment of Guillain-Barré Syndrome Based on Professor Zhang Hong's Approach:with"Tongdu Tiaoshen Panlong Nee-dle Method Combined with Focusing Solely on Yangming to Treat Atrophy"

Abstract
To summarize and sort out Professor Zhang Hong's clinical experience in treating Guillain-Barre syndrome with Tongdu Tiaoshen Panlong acupuncture method combined with"to treat flaccidity,select the Yangming channel only"thought.Tongdu Tiaosh-en Panlong acupuncture method was created by Professor Zhang Hong through long-term clinical practice and combined with the prede-cessors'"Tongdu Tiaoshen needle method"and"Panlong needle method".It is a characteristic therapy combining acupuncture and massage.This method attaches importance to the operation of pushing down the spine before acupuncture and tapping the Du meridian after acupuncture,which has the role of regulating the whole body Yang Qi flow and promoting the operation of Qi and Blood.Accord-ing to the specific situation of patients,Professor Zhang Hong often combines the idea of"to treat flaccidity,select the Yangming chan-nel only"in clinical comprehensive treatment,and pays attention to the psychological factors such as anxiety and depression common in this disease.Based on the holistic view theory,the co-treatment of form and spirit and the harmonization of Qi and Blood have the ad-vantages of remarkable curative effect and are worthy of further promotion.关键词
