《天回医简》"通天"观探析
An Exploration of Concept of"Tongtian"in Tianhui Medical Bamboo Manuscripts

Abstract
Interaction between humanity and the universe,as the foundational understanding of this relationship within traditional Chi-nese medicine(TCM).Based on the"Tongtian"texts extensively discussed in the Tianhui Medical Bamboo Manuscripts this article re-examines the heaven-humanity relationship in early traditional Chinese medicine.It suggests that the"Tongtian"perspective in the Tianhui Medical Bamboo Manuscripts attempts to illustrate an interconnected whole,where Qi serves as the medium for communication between heaven and humanity,with orifices and Qi Xue facilitating the exchange of Qi between humanity and the natural world.This perspective diverges from the analogical relationship posited by the harmonious interplay between heaven and humanity,instead empha-sizing the real and substantial connection between entities-indicating that humanity and the natural world are indeed interconnected.A comparison with the Huangdi Neijing reveals that the"Tongtian"concept exerts a profound influence on TCM's holistic view,the con-cept of perpetual circulation of human Qi,and the theory of meridians.Delving deeper into the"Tongtian"perspective is of great sig-nificance for a more comprehensive understanding of the heaven-humanity concept and the formation of TCM theory.关键词
