摘要
Abstract
Aiming at the difficulty of rotor position detection in the low-speed section of the three-stage starter/generator,this paper conducts research on the rotor position estimation method of three-stage motor.A magnetic conductance modulation rotor structure of non-equal-pole main exciter containing direct rotor position information of the main motor is designed,and a rotor position estimation method based on the magnetic conductance modulation structure is proposed.First,the characterization of rotor position angle in the stator excitation current of the exciter under the action of magnetic conductance modulation was analyzed.Then,the amplitude demodulation method is used to extract the positive envelope of the current containing rotor position information.Finally,the eigenvalue intersection method is proposed to assist in identifying the polarity of the rotor magnetic pole of the main motor,and the rotor position angle of the main motor is obtained.This method avoids the impact on the signal during the signal transmission process.Simulation verification shows that the proposed sensorless starting control method has high position estimation accuracy,which is suitable for the starting control of the three-stage starting/power generation system and ensure its reliable operation.关键词
